This program is for you if you have a relatively balanced lifestyle but want to optimise your health and wellbeing.Or you have completed the 12-week Rebalance program and feel you need some more time to reach your goals.
*You can always upgrade to the Rebalance program if you feel you need more support.
I will tailor the 4-week program specifically for your needs.
This program includes:

- Day 1 – 60 mins
- Day 15 – 30 mins
- Day 30 – 30 mins

- Health history intake
- Discuss health goals
- Initial nutrition, health and lifestyle recommendations
- Equi.life Nutrition / home lab testing recommendation
Day 15
- Review of the past 2 weeks
- Evaluate goals
- Develop personalized wellness program
Day 30
- Review of the 4 weeks against goals
- Develop maintenance program
- Final recommendations and any follow-up appointments
- Next steps for your health journey
